Are the tags safe for my furry friend?
Each tag is 3D‑printed with eco‑friendly PLA, a bioplastic made from corn starch or sugarcane. It’s light, water-resistant, and completely rust‑free. Making it perfect for everyday wear.
Our O‑rings attach easily and securely to any collar. For pets new to tags, start slow, take them off at night until your buddy feels fully comfy. And remember, these tags are for showing off, not chewing! Keep them safe, so the tales (and tails) keep wagging.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders over USD 45.
Under USD 45, your shipping rate is calculated at checkout.
How long to get my order?
We will ship your order as soon as possible. For made-to-order items, we carefully craft and send them to you within 3 business days (excluding holidays).
Delivery times vary depending on your location. International Orders typically arrive at their destination country within 7-14 business days. However, once your package has arrived, it may be stuck in customs for an unknown amount of time.
Can I make a change on my order?
We will do our best to accommodate any change requests, but cannot guarantee that updates will be made before your order ships. Orders cannot be cancelled/ changed 3 hours after they have been placed. If you would like to make amendments to your order, please reach out to us at shop@boffopet.com.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification, which will provide a link to order tracking details. Occasionally, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to provide tracking info once your order ships.
Product Warranty & Return Policy
What is your warranty?
All our products undergo quality checks and come with a 30-day warranty for manufacturing defects. Please let us know about any issues within 30 days. The warranty covers problems in design, materials, or manufacturing, but excludes pet damage, biting, misuse, or normal wear.
What's your return policy?
Customized items can only be returned if defective. You can return unused items with tags and original packaging within 14 days. Contact shop@boffopet.com with photos.
Uh oh, my pup broke the item! What can I do?
We understand some pups may get excited with our items and chew them up. Unfortunately, this is not considered a part of regular wear and tear or a defect on our part. Feel free to reach out to shop@boffopet.com to see what we can do for you.
